Tips for Activity Directors & Families

  • Print on cardstock so the cards are easy to pick up and flip.
  • Start with fewer pairs (6 or 8) and add more as players get comfortable.
  • For an easier game, play with the cards face up and simply find the pairs.
  • Talk about each picture: “Did you leave cookies out for Santa as a child?”

How do you play the memory match game?

Mix up the cards and lay them face down in rows. Players take turns flipping over two cards. If the pictures match, the player keeps the pair and goes again. If they do not match, the cards are turned back over.

Keep playing until all the pairs are found. The player with the most pairs wins! For a more relaxed game, everyone can work together as a team.

How to Make Your Printables Last

Want to use these cards again and again? Print them on sturdy cardstock and run them through a laminator, or slip each page into a clear sheet protector. Then use dry-erase markers and simply wipe them clean when you are done.
