Gratitude has a sweet way of changing how a whole day feels. This free printable gratitude journal takes just five minutes: a few lines in the morning and a few at night.
I also included 30 days of gratitude prompts for the days when you are not sure what to write. Print a stack, clip them together and you have your own little journal.

Tips for a Gratitude Habit
- Keep your pages and a pen on your nightstand so they are easy to reach.
- Be specific. “The warm sun on my walk” means more than “nice weather.”
- Do not worry about writing a lot. One honest line is plenty.
- Read back through old pages on a hard day.
How to Use Your Gratitude Journal
Each morning, write three things you are grateful for and what would make the day great. Finish with a short affirmation.
In the evening, write three good things that happened. Use the 30-day prompt page any time you want a little inspiration.
How to Make Your Printables Last
Want to use these again and again? Print them on sturdy cardstock and run them through a laminator, or slip each page into a clear sheet protector. Then use dry-erase markers and simply wipe them clean when you are done.
