Welcome to Swan & Cook (swanandcook.com). Your privacy matters to me. This page explains what information is collected when you visit this site, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Who I Am
Swan & Cook is run by Sofia Cook. Our website address is https://swanandcook.com. You can reach me anytime at swanandcook@gmail.com.
Free Printables
Most printables on this site are free to download without signing up. Some special printables may ask for your email address. If you join my email list, you’ll receive new free printables, seasonal ideas and occasional updates. My emails are sent through a trusted email service provider. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link at the bottom of every email, and I will never sell or share your email address.
Comments
When you leave a comment, the site collects the name, email address and comment you enter, plus your IP address and browser details to help prevent spam. Your email address is never shown publicly. An anonymized string made from your email address may be sent to the Gravatar service to check whether you have a profile picture there.
Cookies
If you leave a comment, you can choose to save your name and email in cookies so you don’t have to type them again next time. These cookies last for one year. The site may also use basic cookies to keep it running smoothly and to understand how visitors use it.
Analytics
I may use Google tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console to see how many people visit and which printables are most popular. These tools collect general information like pages visited, device type and approximate location. They do not tell me who you are.
Affiliate Links
Some posts may include affiliate links, including links to Amazon. As an Amazon Associate, I earn from qualifying purchases. This means I may earn a small commission if you buy something through a link, at no extra cost to you. I only share things I genuinely like.
Embedded Content and Social Media
Posts may include embedded content or share buttons from sites like Pinterest, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. These sites may collect data about you, use cookies and track your interaction with that content, just as if you had visited them directly.
Children’s Privacy
Many printables here are made for kids to enjoy, but this website is meant to be used by parents, teachers and other adults. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has shared personal information here, please email me and I will delete it.
How Long Data Is Kept
Comments and their details are kept so follow-up comments can be approved automatically. I never sell your personal information.
Your Rights
You can ask to see the personal data this site holds about you, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing swanandcook@gmail.com. This does not include data I must keep for legal or security reasons.
Changes to This Policy
I may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
