Tips for Paying Bills on Time

  • List your bills in due-date order so the next one is always at the top.
  • Pick one or two “bill days” each month to sit down and pay everything at once.
  • Set phone reminders a few days before big due dates.
  • Use the yearly checklist to spot bills that only come once or twice a year.

How to Use Your Bill Tracker

At the start of the month, write every bill and its due date on the Monthly Bill Payment Tracker. As you pay each one, mark it paid and write the date.

Use the Yearly Bill Checklist as your big-picture view. Write your bills down the left side once, then check off each month as you go.

How to Make Your Printables Last

Want to use these again and again? Print them on sturdy cardstock and run them through a laminator, or slip each page into a clear sheet protector. Then use dry-erase markers and simply wipe them clean when you are done.
