Tips for Making Habits Stick

  • Start small. Two or three habits are better than ten you give up on.
  • Attach a new habit to something you already do, like reading right after your morning coffee.
  • Do not break the chain! Try never to miss two days in a row.
  • Celebrate at the end of the month. You earned it!

How to Use Your Habit Tracker

Write your habits in the left column. Each day you complete a habit, color in or check that day’s box.

Use the weekly tracker when you want a fresh start or are focusing on just a few goals. Color one drop for each glass of water you drink.

How to Make Your Printables Last

Want to use these again and again? Print them on sturdy cardstock and run them through a laminator, or slip each page into a clear sheet protector. Then use dry-erase markers and simply wipe them clean when you are done.
